This report summarises findings from a 2025 survey of 41 Norfolk schools exploring how apprenticeship information is accessed and delivered. The survey, completed mainly by careers leads, shows that while schools demonstrate strong commitment to supporting apprenticeships, delivery is affected by varying staff knowledge, limited time and inconsistent employer engagement. The findings highlight opportunities for more coordinated, collaborative and accessible apprenticeship support across Norfolk to strengthen provision and help to ensure young people receive clear, confident and consistent guidance.
