The campaign articulates the benefits apprenticeships can bring a business, inspiring business owners or decision makers to consider developing an apprenticeship scheme.
The TV advert features three local Norfolk business owners who have seen the benefits first hand, from apprentices working for them. Insights from each business owner aim to inspire and engage other business owners who may not previously have thought about implementing an apprenticeship scheme - for either new recruits or developing existing staff.
Thanks to the impartial help and support given by Apprenticeships Norfolk, these organisations have all reaped the benefits of having an apprentice.
