Tom Rockingham

Tom leads the delivery of the Building Futures project, which is funded through UK Shared Prosperity Funding, through South Norfolk and Broadland District Councils. Tom is the main point of contact for non-levy paying businesses, who are recruiting new apprentices in these districts, to access practical support, financial incentives and tailored training.
