Katy leads 'Apprenticeships Norfolk' - delivering against five strategic aims within the NCC Apprenticeship Strategy 2023-2025.  As former 'Senior Leader' apprentice and proud apprenticeship ambassador, Katy is keen to influence the strategic growth of Apprenticeships in Norfolk. Katy's expertise in apprenticeship policy and experience of developing new evidence-based initiatives, helps address complexities in the local system.
