About Us

National Upskill are a Government approved apprenticeship and training provider with over four decades of professional skills, knowledge and expertise gained in the apprenticeship and training sector. 

Our journey started with a group of apprenticeship and training professionals sharing one core belief, that we can deliver a Quality over Quantity apprenticeship provision, through high value teaching and learning, backed-up with exceptional customer service. 

Our delivery model is online face-to-face teaching and learning, delivered through 1-2-1 and small group interactive sessions. Online learning works well and offers more frequent and flexible support within technology-rich environments, or workplaces where the apprentice's role revolves around the use of technology, hardware and/or software.

Why study with us

Our journey started with a group of apprenticeship and training professionals sharing one core belief, that we can deliver a Quality over Quantity apprenticeship provision, through high value teaching and learning, backed-up with exceptional customer service. 

In a nutshell, we operate industry low caseloads so our tutors work with a maximum of 35 learners across the month, averaging two learner sessions per day. with our delivery being 100% online this ensures our tutors always have time to meet with any learner who needs additional time or support.

Online face-to-face learning offers far greater access and flexibility for support and tutor access.

Enrolment

We operate a roll-on, roll-off enrolment so apprentices can start in any month.

We deliver on a learner by learner basis rather than through large cohorts as we do not believe this is in the best interest of many learners as it can result in learners being held back or overly stretched resulting in learners dropping off programme.

Training Centre Locations

Accessibility and Transport Links

As our delivery is 100% online accessibility is limited to electronic accessibility for which there are a number of accessibility features available to support access.

We operate through Microsoft teams video platform primarily and use an e-portfolio balled 'bud' available 24/7
