About Us
We grew from a successful marketing background as part of Ginger Nut Media Ltd. Since 2011 we have directly been involved with training over 30 apprentices within our own advertising company and have won multiple National Apprenticeship Awards.
We used this unique insight to launch Ginger Nut Training, where we work closely with clients to cater for the needs of apprentices and employers to ensure that everyone gets the maximum return from the time that they invest. We now train apprentices at some of the largest Levy payers in the country and have specialised on public and private sector provision. We are even an end point assessment organisation!

Enrolment
We work with employers to train existing staff and recruit new people, and learners in employment or looking for a new position - tailoring the apprenticeship accordingly.
This means that enrolment is available all throughout the year.
Training Centre Locations
We deliver remotely and at the workplace, tailoring our delivery plan around the needs of the business and individual. This means we enrol year-round, to suit the client.
We use a blended learning method, combining one-on-one teaching with group sessions, online learning, and both live and pre-recorded webinars. All our training has been adapted for remote delivery throughout COVID.
Learners are encouraged to dedicate one day per week to their apprenticeship work, though this can be managed to suit the needs of the business, as long at the OTJ target is met. This is tracked on OneFile and monitored through regular review meetings.
