About Us
Diverse Futures (formerly Blue Sky Assessing and Consultancy)
Diverse Futures - listed on the Apprenticeship Provider and Assessment Register (APAR) as Blue Sky Assessing and Consultancy - is a specialist apprenticeship provider offering tailored training solutions across business administration, customer service, and sales. Our inspirational and talented team work with employers and learners to create a personalised approach to achieve high standards and measurable results.
We are in the process of updating our official registration to reflect our new brand identity. Until this change is formalised on APAR, all provision will continue under the name Blue Sky Assessing and Consultancy.
We are proud to provide training to district and borough councils, the NHS and other businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk. We are a friendly, results-driven apprenticeship provider with proven abilities and a commitment to meet the diverse needs of employers and apprentices.

Enrolment
We provide a supportive and high-quality learning experience with flexible intake dates that meet the diverse needs of our apprentices and employers.
At Diverse Futures, we make the sign-up process as easy as possible by providing all of the information needed so that stakeholders are able to make informed decisions. We have an initial meeting with the apprentice and employer to discuss the programme in detail and answer any questions. The apprentice will then be required to complete an easy to follow onboarding process using our online portfolio system to assess their eligibility and allow us to understand further how we can best support them. This is followed by an induction meeting where details are finalised to ensure both the apprentice and employer are happy to begin their first day of learning!
Our delivery is remote via video conferencing, however, face to face visits can be arranged.
Training Centre Locations
As a work-based provider, all training is completed in the workplace.
Off The Job Training (OTJT) is completed via 1-2-1 teaching and learning sessions with our Skills Coaches, group meetings and independent study, as apprentices work towards the skills, knowledge and behaviours outlined in the standard.
Apprentices need to have 20% of their contracted hours (capped at 6 hours per week) set aside for OTJT, which they will need to keep on track of by recording this in their online portfolio system. All sign up documentation, assignments, teach and learn and lesson presentations are collated on the portfolio so the apprentice can easily access everything they need throughout their learning journey.
