Enrolment

At CIPS we have 4 intakes each year - February, April, August and November. Our enrolment is a simple two stage process, the first being learner having to complete initial assessments, enrolment details and a skills assessment to identify their strengths and areas for development. The learner and line manager are invited to a review of the assessment to agree the learning plan and following this both are invited to the first day in learning and induction. 

We provide insight sessions for both line managers and apprentices prior to enrolment, to manage expectations, so everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. We fully explain the End Point Assessment process from the beginning of the apprenticeship.

Training Centre Locations

CIPS Corporate Services deliver all training virtually, This means nationwide coverage and dependent on the number of learners we can arrange face to face visits to suit your needs. Live online virtual teaching sessions are recorded and made available to all participants.

Off the job learning is completed via our E- Learning portal where there is a log to be completed on a monthly basis. The individualised training programme and the learner journey fully supports the OTJ. 1-2-1 training and workshops also support the OTJ requirements - your L&D Coach will support you with evidence gathering. 

Accessibility and Transport Links

Virtual delivery means that travel is not required, all 'live' virtual teaching sessions are recorded to support access for everyone.
