Lola Stafford Consulting Ltd are delivering positive activities funded by Broadland Youth Advisory Board. We have been working with our young social ambassador and entrepreneur Morgan-Enfield Butcher to offer the opportunity to engage in our newest project.

Social F.I.E.L.D is a youth club targeted at young people with Aspergers syndrome and other related social difficulties. We would like to encourage young people to form social circles whilst having fun and enjoying various activities in a safe environment.

In addition, we will invite guidance advisors and special education needs coordinators to targeted sessions for the young people and their families/carers to discuss future needs and gain advice on transition and education healthcare plans in a relaxed and informal setting.

Our target audience are young people aged 14-19 who live in the Broadland area, although young people who live in other areas are also welcome to attend if spaces are available. We ask that all attendees are pre booked so that we are able to manage capacity in a safe and enjoyable way so please contact us to confirm your interest.

Our first session will be taking place on Wednesday 22nd of June at Drayton Methodist church on Drayton High Road at 6:30PM till 8:00PM. We will be running on a weekly basis and will continue throughout the school holidays when many other services are unable to continue to offer provision.

In order for the club to become sustainable in the long term there is a small cost for these sessions of £2.00 a week. We will provide squash and fruit free of charge and there will also be a tuck shop available during club times.

Morgan’s social statement is;

“I would like to make a difference and contribute so that other young people are not alone”.
